The guest room we were provided was luxurious. Had all necessary amenities, central heating, a work desk, and a TV set. Its location was indeed marvellous and handy and only 5 minutes walk from Point view. The service was great, nothing too much trouble.

I didn't like the breakfast. natural juice wasn't fresh fruit either. bit expensive for what they were offering and having three cafes next door. room wasn't airy, probably because it overlooks a shopping mall. I found it a bit claustrophobic, although maybe it was just my room. It didn't have enough natural light and small window I could open gave a view of the mall, air conditioning was off and it was noisy at night. I was fine because I needed to stay right there, staff is very very friendly, it was clean, it seemed expensive for those features. I don't know if the rest of the year is cheaper, because it was a holiday and there was a lot of demand.

The rooms were not ready at the time of check-in We arrived at 12 and were told that they would not be ready until 2, because it is check-in time. But it turned out that they weren't ready at that time either. We had to wait at least another hour and a half to get in. We were very disappointed because we were very tired from the road to Santiago and we needed to refresh ourselves and rest. When we were able to go upstairs, the dormitory they assigned us was dark because it didn't face the street, but a kind of tunnel full of pigeon droppings, so no sunlight or fresh air was coming in. There were no lamps in the ceiling above the room. One by one the little lamps had to be lit at night, and they emitted a yellow light. So it was a very, very, very dark room, even in the daytime. On the other hand, the toilet wasn't swallowing well and it was so close to the sink that you hit your shoulder when you sat down. The bathroom by the way, with some ugly tiles on the walls. . . The double beds are small, 140 cm wide at most.. Actually, that room should not be used for clients, but for storage..

The place is conveniently located next to a large shopping center with cafes and the largest mall in Galicia, offering central heating, a work desk, and a TV in the room, making it a great and convenient location.

* Room, bathroom clean, staff friendly, relatively close to historic centre, although it is at a least 20min walk. We drove to the centre (10min) and left the car in the San Clemente car park, which is just a 2min walk to the cathedral. If driving then park your car outside the hotel at night, as area is safe, and car park is expensive. Hotel is located inside a shopping centre.

Located outside of the old town only a 5 minute and €1 bus ride away. Located inside a shopping mall (but you can't hear any noise in the room). Very clean, spacious ... a great place to end your Camino.

The only possible downside to this hotel might be the longernwalking distance to the old town. About 15-20 mins. But the bus is just outside the hotel and runs every fifteen minutes and is very easy to catch so it's not much of a downside.

Our hotel is perfectly located on top of a shopping center, where you can find whatever you need from convenient groceries to fun arcades. It is also just a short 25, minute walk to the old center. Our rooms are clean, comfortable, and well, kept with great bathrooms en suite. the hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and free Wi, Fi is available. There are also excellent facilities nearby like health and beauty spas, designer shops, and good value restaurants.

There are limited facilities within the hotel and some rooms may be noisy due to thin walls.

The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant and the rooms were comfortable and clean. It is about a 15 minute walk into the old town, however on a very wet day there are bars, restaurants, cinema, bowling etc all within 5 minutes of the hotel and all can be reached without going outside.

I had a great stay at this hotel on the outskirts of Santiago. The location inside a large shopping mall was really convenient, as I could easily find whatever I needed right at my doorstep. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The room was comfortable, with a window overlooking the shopping mall, and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a socket by the bed. The breakfast included was a nice bonus, ensuring I started my day right.

All was fine, no complaints here.
